Ceviche is a very popular dish in Peru and South America. It's considered as one of the most symbolic and representative dishes of Peruvian gastronomy. Let's see how many different kinds of ceviche there are!

I have lunch at home with my brother. For lunch we usually buy takeout food (the menu includes an appetizer, a main course and a seasonal fruit juice). We use to buy the classical dishes that restaurants offer like Peruvian Stirfry, Causa, Chicken Milanese, Chicken Stew, Aji de Gallina and others. As everybody knows, servings come with rice and salad. After the lunch I have a fruit for dessert. It's always good to eat a banana,a tangerine or a peach.
